Role We are hiring a hands-on CTO to join the founding team and lead architecture, engineering, and technical execution across both products. You will: Own technical direction and product architecture Lead and grow the engineering team Review code, make architectural decisions, and ship production systems Coordinate multiple product tracks across backend services and frontend applications Work directly with the Founder & CEO Join a beta-ready platform with an existing technical team to coordinate, scale, and evolve What we need Hands-on experience shipping and operating a B2 B Saa S product in production Proven experience with AI / LLM systems used by paying customers Hands-on engineering leadership: writes production code, performs code reviews, and drives architectural decisions Strong capability operating in fast-moving startup environments Strong fit Python, Fast API, Postgre SQL, Type Script, React Multi-tenant Saa S and event-driven systems Distributed engineering team leadership Marketplace and Saa S product economics understanding Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments Stack Python 3.12, Fast API, Postgre SQL, Redis React, Type Script, Tailwind AWS ECS/Fargate, Terraform Anthropic / multi-model AI infrastructure MCP tooling, RAG, agentic workflows More Info Founding-team role Milan-based preferred (2–3 days/week hybrid) Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO The CTO will inherit a beta-ready platform and an existing engineering team (in outsourcing), with responsibility to coordinate, scale, and evolve both technology and execution
