Experteer OverviewAs Process Transformation Director, you will lead digital, analytics, continuous improvement, and change capabilities within Global Business Services to enable data-driven decisions and automation at a global scale. You will build and execute the GBS Digital Roadmap, partner with IS, and drive transformation across all service lines while upholding SOX controls. You will shape change adoption through structured change management, training, and stakeholder engagement.
