Italian-Speaking Sales & Customer Experience remote in Portugal (w/Relocation)

We are currently looking for Italian-speaking professionals with a strong customer-oriented and sales-driven mindset to join an international technology project based in Lisbon, Portugal. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, account management, or client-facing roles who are interested in relocating to Portugal and working remotely within the country.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (remote within Portugal)

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining performance targets
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  

Profile We’re Looking For

• Fluent Italian and good English level
• Previous experience in sales, customer support, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing environments
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Tech-savvy and adaptable
  

Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts)
• 08:00 – 19:00
• 2 days off per week (Sunday + 1 rotational day
