About This Role
This role puts you at the center of a high-impact plant transformation, where you can lead cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, and directly shape the future performance and competitiveness of a manufacturing site while growing your project leadership career. For this role, compensation starts from 51.600 EUR gross, depending on experience and skills. It sits within a broader package that reflects the overall value of the role.
Your main tasks
- Lead and coordinate the Plant Transformation Program, ensuring all activities follow the agreed roadmap, milestones, and timelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define tasks, manage dependencies, remove roadblocks, and elevate risks or issues when needed.
- Build and manage detailed project plans, including scope (WBS), resources, costs, and capacity, while monitoring forecasts and budget.
- Ensure structured project governance through reporting, gate reviews, documentation, and compliance with quality, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by promoting TE values and implementing the TE Operating Advantage (TEOA) strategy across the plant.
- Manage stakeholder and client communication, preparing presentations, progress updates, and technical documentation.
- Support decision-making by identifying project risks, coordinating design reviews, and ensuring alignment on time, cost, and quality objectives.
Your ideal background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments.
- Proven project management experience (minimum 3 years), ideally in complex, cross-functional settings.
- Solid knowledge of project management fundamentals, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and quality tools such as Process Flow, FMEA, and basic quality methodologies (Six Sigma Green Belt preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
- Self‑motivated, hands‑on team player with strong problem‑solving skills and fluency in English.
