Civil Supervisor

For our own projects, we are looking for a Civil Supervisor

Start Date: 1 September 2026

Duration: Until the end of December 2026

Schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor within industrial construction projects.
• Proven experience supervising complex civil works and foundations.
• Solid knowledge of reinforced concrete works, structural foundations, excavation, formwork, reinforcement, and concrete activities.
• Previous experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, chemical, or similar industrial projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong site coordination and subcontractor supervision skills.
• Good knowledge of construction HSE and quality requirements.
