Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the revenue management function for two luxury properties, driving profitable room revenue through strategic pricing, inventory, forecasting, and distribution. You will work closely with General Managers and cross-functional teams to optimize ADR, Rev PAR, occupancy, and profitability while upholding luxury brand standards. Your focus is on leveraging market intelligence and data-driven insights to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, aligning with Marriott’s commercial objectives. This is a high-impact leadership role that shapes revenue strategy and performance in a premium hospitality setting. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue, profitability and market share Analyze historical trends, demand patterns and competitor performance to set optimal pricing Manage daily inventory controls, rate availability, restrictions and distribution across sales channels Produce demand forecasts, occupancy projections, ADR, Rev PAR and revenue reports for planning Monitor booking pace, market conditions and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and risks Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance, and Operations to align commercial initiatives Lead revenue strategy meetings and provide insights from market intelligence and performance analytics Optimize channel mix and distribution while maintaining brand integrity Evaluate promotions, corporate agreements, wholesale and transient demand for revenue contribution Ensure effective use of Marriott revenue management systems, reporting tools and BI platforms Monitor KPIs (RGI, ADR Index, Occupancy Index, market penetration) Develop annual revenue budgets, forecasts and long‑range commercial strategies with leadership Coach and mentor revenue management team, fostering analytical excellence and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with Marriott revenue management standards and policies Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, scenario planning and executive reporting Responsabilità Exceptional commercial acumen Analytical expertise Leadership to guide a revenue management team Cross‑functional collaboration Experience with revenue management practices and strategies Ability to leverage market intelligence and data‑driven insights Requisiti fondamentali #J-18808-Ljbffr
