Experteer Overview In this role you drive global Commercial Excellence and pricing strategy to support ABB’s growth toward $3 B. You lead a global team, shaping policies, governance, and analytics that improve quote-to-cash, tender processes, and price realization. You own SFDC/CPQ and advanced analytics to enable data-driven decisions at scale. You collaborate across functions to deliver commercial impact and help run what runs the world. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and drive the global Commercial Excellence framework (policies, standards, KPIs) Improve quote-to-cash and tender governance to reduce cycle times and discount leakage Embed compliance with Delegation of Authority, tendering policies, and commercial standards Establish and enforce global pricing governance, including guardrails and profitability thresholds Drive pricing policy execution and price realization across all businesses and channels Monitor performance to ensure revenue and margin improvements Own Salesforce (SFDC/CPQ) modules and related data models Shape analytics roadmap, dashboards and adoption for global consistency Apply advanced analytics (price waterfalls, elasticity, margin bridges) for fact-based decisions Collaborate with regional/global teams and cross-functional partners to enable impact Engage with BA Technology to leverage synergies and drive continuous improvement Responsabilità 10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or commercial excellence Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field Proven ability to shape and execute global pricing strategies and tender governance Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (SFDC/CPQ) and analytics tools (margin analytics, BI dashboards, elasticity modeling) Experience leading global teams in a matrix organization Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills across cultures and geographies Fluency in English; additional languages a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
