As we expand across Europe, we are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic enterprise sales initiatives and strengthen our relationships with key accounts in the Netherlands. About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients while driving new business across the Italian market. You’ll take a consultative approach—partnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and deliver tailored IT and XaaS solutions.
Your work will have both strategic and hands-on dimensions: defining sales approaches, managing complex deals, and ensuring customer success across the full lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven, innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
Own and grow enterprise accounts, building long-term strategic partnerships
Engage with C-level executives and IT decision-makers through consultative and solution-based selling
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within existing and new enterprise clients
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals and regional priorities
Lead complex contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and high-value deal closures
Collaborate with internal teams—including pre-sales, solution architects, service delivery, and marketing—to design and deliver optimal client solutions
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategy
Leverage your professional network to accelerate pipeline growth and drive client acquisition
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning
What You Bring
~8+ years of experience in enterprise sales within IT services, managed services, cloud, or cybersecurity
~ Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets
~ Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives and technical stakeholders
~ Excellent negotiation, contract management, and deal-closing skills
~ Deep understanding of the Italian enterprise IT market
~ A hunter mindset combined with strategic account management skills
~ Established network within the Italian or international enterprise sector; connections in the financial industry are a strong plus
~ Experience selling to financial institutions or regulated industries is highly valued
~ Native Italian, Fluent in English
~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is a strong advantage
