Senior Electrical Engineer (Projects)

The Senior Mechanical/Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing and technically coordinating mechanical and electrical systems for complex projects. They coordinate internal resources and actively contribute to defining technical solutions, ensuring deadlines, budget, and quality standards are met. They act as a key reference point for the project team and Project Manager during both development and technical review phases.

Develop and coordinate the project across all phases Supervise the discipline team (junior and intermediate engineers) Manage scope of work, budget hours, and internal planning Identify additional work and support the Project Manager in evaluation Support the professional growth of junior staff through mentoring PROJECT PHASE RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare design plans and activity schedules Estimate costs and create initial planning structure Approve construction drawings and equipment data sheets Inspect installations on site and report findings Perform testing and quality checks Strong knowledge of technical regulations (UNI, CEI, DM 37/08, safety laws, fire regulations) Proficiency in design and engineering software Ability to mentor and train others Focus on results and quality Teamwork and problem-solving skills Technical diploma or degree in a relevant field ~Experience with engineering software and tools ~ Experience managing budgets and planning activities ~ Fluent Italian and good technical English
