Overview We are looking for a Senior HR Manager Italy. Medacta is continuing its international growth journey, supported by innovation, medical education, an expanding global presence and the trust of surgeons around the world. As our activities in Italy continue to evolve, we are creating a new role: Senior HR Manager Italy . This position will support the development of our Italian organization, acting as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees and helping us strengthen solid, scalable and compliant people processes. The role will have a broad and evolving scope, combining strategic HR partnership, organizational support and hands-on contribution across key people processes. While the role is primarily positioned as a senior HR business partner for Italy, it will also require the ability to interact effectively with payroll-related processes, ensuring proper alignment between business needs, local requirements, internal stakeholders and external partners. Reporting to the Chief People Officer based in Switzerland , the Senior HR Manager Italy will work closely with local management and the Group People function, contributing to the next phase of Medacta’s growth in the country. We are looking for an HR professional with around 7–10 years of experience , strong knowledge of Italian labour law and HR practices, and the ability to operate effectively in an international, dynamic and growing environment. Responsibilities Provide strategic HR partnership, organizational support and hands-on contribution across key people processes. Interact with payroll-related processes and ensure alignment between business needs, local requirements, internal stakeholders and external partners. Collaborate with local management and the Group People function to support Medacta’s growth in Italy. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Italian labour law and HR practices. Experience across multiple HR areas, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR administration and payroll coordination. Ability to work in an evolving environment where not everything is already fully defined. Credibility, discretion and sound judgment when dealing with managers and employees. Autonomy, structure and problem-solving capabilities. Fluency in Italian and English. Excellent knowledge of Excel. Approximately 7–10 years of experience.
