The role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects.
This is a high-ownership role: you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, working closely with internal teams, partners, and enterprise clients.
You will operate across multiple industries and markets, with a strong focus on emerging technologies and innovation-driven transformation.
What you’ll do
· Lead and manage complex projects (digital, physical, technological) valued at €100k+
· Coordinate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
· Ensure delivery excellence, timelines, and quality standards
· Interface directly with enterprise clients with a consultative approach
· Translate strategic vision into concrete execution
· Work across multiple industries and international contexts
· Integrate and leverage cutting-edge technologies within projects
What we’re looking for
· 5+ years of experience in project management on complex projects
· Proven track record managing €100k+ projects across digital, tech, and physical environments
· Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, especially AI, generative AI, and automation
· Ability to apply technology with a business-first, execution-driven mindset
· Fluent English (written and spoken)
· Strong consultative mindset and ability to engage senior stakeholders
· Experience working across multiple industries and markets
· Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial approach to work
· Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
Working setup
We have offices in both Rome and Milan, with full flexibility, there is no limit on remote working days. We meet in Rome approximately once a month for internal training.
