As Construction Manager Plant, lead the on-site construction team within Saipem's Sustainable Infrastructure unit to meet time, cost, quality, and safety targets. You will coordinate with project organization, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure compliance and smooth execution. The role focuses on implementing quality controls, managing budgets, tracking progress, and mitigating risks while promoting a culture of safety. • Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of the site quality control plan.
• Manage construction budget and analyze monthly payments against progress to secure cash flow.
• Monitor and report construction progress to the Project Director and Project Manager.
• Review and coordinate contractual documents to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Supervise on-site activities to meet specifications, safety regulations, and timelines.
• Facilitate communication among contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for construction execution.
• Promote safety and quality culture, organizing training and ensuring adherence to best practices and regulations.

Responsabilità

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and/or Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience
• +10 years of experience in a similar role with large-scale infrastructure execution
• Experience on bridges and viaducts with RC/PC and steel structures
• English level: B2
