Logistic Specialist – Office

Responsible for supervising processes for specific clients in the graphics and publishing sector, including procurement, distribution, shipment logistics, warehouse procedures and reporting.

• Supervision of processes for clients operating in the graphics/editorial sector.
• Control of raw material procurement and distribution of finished products.
• Contact with couriers for shipment management.
• Verification of goods pickup at the warehouse.
• Assistance and contact with client sales points to verify progress and confirm shipments.
• Preparation of internal reports for KPI monitoring.
• Assistance to sales points in monitoring shipments.

• Previous experience in logistics settings.
• High‑school diploma.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Precision, organisation, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate with confidentiality and professionalism.

Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:30, with a 1‑hour break.

Contract: temporary agency for 6 months, with a possibility of permanent placement. Approximate gross annual salary: €26,000–30,000 plus meal vouchers (€7).
