Overview In this role you will steer commercial contracts for Sungrow's PV and ESS projects in Italy and across EMEA, ensuring contractual integrity and risk controls. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support framework and sales agreements, GTCs, and NDAs, translating legal concepts for non‑legal stakeholders. You will identify risks, secure approvals, and negotiate to resolve disputes, contributing to Sungrow’s growth in the renewable energy sector. This position offers a hands‑on opportunity to shape contracting practices while supporting project delivery and regulatory compliance. Benefits Negotiate, draft, and oversee commercial contracts for projects in Italy and the wider EMEA region Support contract activities for the PV and ESS Business Units, including framework agreements and sales contracts Review, draft, and qualify various contractual documents (GTCs and NDAs) Identify contractual risks and deviations from Sungrow principles, securing necessary approvals Prepare and negotiate contractual qualifications with new and existing clients Create contract and risk summaries to inform project personnel Negotiate to resolve contractual and financial disputes on active projects, advising commercial managers Ensure adherence to policies, processes, and the Sungrow Business Management System Responsibilities Degree in Law or a relevant Business‑related qualification 3‑5 years of experience in PV, Energy Storage, or Construction Strong commercial focus with sound contract law knowledge and drafting ability Experience in a Contracts or Legal department Excellent communication skills, able to explain legal concepts to non‑legal audience Pro‑active problem‑solving, capable of negotiation with stakeholders at all levels Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills Italian and English C1; Chinese language skills are an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
