Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop and drive global contracting strategies for sponsor trials, coordinating with study teams and regional stakeholders to enable efficient study initiation. You will craft investigator grants, contracting language and budgets, and maintain contracting systems to meet sponsor requirements. You will present to clients, mentor colleagues, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. This is a strategic, cross-regional contracting position shaping how clinical trials are started and managed.

- Develop and coordinate investigator grants and budgeting/contracting strategies to support proposals
- Create and review contract, payment language and budget templates according to sponsor needs
- Maintain contracting systems and tools (e.g., CTMS) and ensure alignment with project plans
- Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders and RSU regions to deliver contracted scope
- Provide legal, operational and financial contracting support for site agreements and study initiation
- Assist with creation/ review of core scientific and administrative documents for business development
- Analyze contracting data to support studies and broader company insights
- Ensure timely contracting execution and adherence to timelines and budget goals
- Deliver training and presentations; mentor colleagues as needed
- Maintain internal systems and metrics related to contracting performance and quality standards
- Develop long-standing client relationships where applicable
Responsabilità
- 5 years of sponsor or CRO site contracting experience with global/regional exposure
- Strong negotiating and communication skills with ability to challenge
- Strong legal, financial and/or technical writing skills
- Understanding of regulated clinical trial environment and drug development process
- Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, SOPs and corporate standards
- Ability to interpret sponsor needs and communicate them to study teams
- Ability to use metrics to establish timelines and track deliverables
