Gain hands‑on experience at PERRY proTECH! A Corporate IT Intern will assist in resolving client technical issues while developing skills and knowledge around end user support and PERRY proTECH offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing client support and troubleshooting on technical issues
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or the ticketing system
  • Analyze technical challenges, client needs, and provide suggestions to achieve resolutionPerform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Follow up with end users to complete the resolution of issues and ensure end user satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Internal Support team to provide client support and gain experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Strong technical and analytical abilities
  • Extremely detail‑oriented and organized
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and a solutions‑oriented mindset
  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
  • MCSE or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Experience in a help desk or customer service support position is a plus
