Job Description

Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Support the development of product strategies and roadmaps.

Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to define product requirements and specifications.

Help create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and product briefs.

Participate in the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.

Assist in the coordination of product launches and go‑to‑market strategies.

Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and iterations.

Track and report on product performance metrics and KPIs.

Required Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret market and customer data.

Familiarity with product management principles and methodologies.

Experience or coursework in business, marketing, product management, or a related field.

Ability to create clear and concise product documentation.

Understanding of the product development lifecycle.

Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Passion for product development and delivering user‑centric solutions.

Would be a plus:

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.

Skills and Experience Gained By The End Of The Internship

Hands‑on experience in product management and the development of product strategies.

Exposure to the full product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and post‑launch analysis.

Advanced skills in conducting market research and analyzing customer needs.

Enhanced ability to create and maintain comprehensive product documentation.

Understanding of coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver product milestones.

Experience using industry‑standard project management tools and software.

Improved communication and teamwork skills in a professional product management setting.
