Department: Finance Reports To: Accounting and Reporting Manager Scope of the Role The Credit Analyst supports the Credit Collection function by monitoring customer credit exposure, analyzing outstanding receivables, and contributing to the effective management of credit risk. The role plays an important part in ensuring accurate credit information, supporting cash collection activities, and maintaining healthy customer accounts while complying with company policies. Job Description We are seeking a motivated and analytical Credit Analyst to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior finance professional to develop expertise in credit management within an international environment. Working closely with the Credit Collection Coordinator, Sales, Customer Service and Finance, the successful candidate will support credit monitoring, reporting and collection activities while contributing to the continuous improvement of the Order-to-Cash process. Key Responsibilities Support the monitoring of customer accounts and outstanding receivables. Prepare and maintain customer aging reports and collection dashboards. Analyze customer payment behavior and identify overdue accounts requiring follow-up. Assist the Credit Collection Coordinator in collection activities and customer communications. Support the reconciliation of customer accounts and the allocation of incoming payments. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to investigate payment discrepancies and customer disputes. Monitor customer credit limits and report potential credit risks. Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure data integrity within the ERP system. Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable. Prepare reports and analyses to support credit management decisions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit control processes and internal procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Finance is preferred. Basic understanding of accounting principles and Order-to-Cash processes. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
