International sales manager - back office

Caselani Srl is an Italian company specialized in the design and production of iconic automotive body conversions, serving customers all over the world. We operate in an international environment and regularly attend trade shows and industry events across Europe and beyond. We are looking for an International Sales & Sales Back Office Specialist to join our team. Key responsibilities Manage customer relationships throughout the entire sales process, from the first contact to after-sales support. Develop and negotiate commercial offers with international customers. Prepare quotations, process orders and manage sales activities through our ERP system (Odoo). Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing. Provide after-sales support and coordinate dedicated service partners when required. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and business events in Italy and abroad. Requirements Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Good knowledge of one or more additional foreign languages. Strong communication and customer relationship skills. Commercial mindset with a proactive approach. Well organized and able to work effectively in a team. Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems is a plus. Availability to travel for business trips and trade fairs.
