In this role you will lead cleaning, sanitation and pest control at Ferrero's Alba plant to ensure safe, clean and compliant production environments. You will implement and continuously improve hygiene procedures aligned with HACCP, IFS and ISO22000, working with production and maintenance teams. You will train staff and external providers, supervise third-party service delivery, and drive risk-based sanitation decisions. The position emphasizes food safety, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across all production areas. This is your chance to shape a robust hygiene program at a global food company. Coordinate and supervise cleaning and sanitation operations across production areas, storage facilities and external spaces Develop, update and implement cleaning and sanitation protocols and schedules aligned with Ferrero Guidelines Oversee pest control activities, ensure documentation, supplier coordination and effective measures Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP, GMP, Group Guidelines, local health requirements) Train internal staff and external service providers on cleaning and pest control procedures Conduct regular inspections and audits, identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate records of sanitation and pest control activities Collaborate with production and maintenance to ensure integrated hygiene management Lead development and continuous improvement of cleaning, sanitation and pest control strategies across food production areas Supervise and evaluate third-party providers to ensure contract performance and service quality Conduct high-level risk assessments and implement preventive measures to mitigate hygiene-related risks Manage microbiological contamination events, including RCA and CAPA, and handle food safety incidents Apply risk-based decision‑making in cleaning protocol development, factoring in hygienic design Contribute to launching and sustaining capital projects with food safety at the core Responsabilità

At least 8 years of experience in cleaning and sanitation operations management Master's degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering Knowledge of HACCP principles FSSC 22000 familiarity Proficiency in Italian and English
