Experteer Overview In this role you will define and evolve product variability and configuration baselines across the lifecycle to support modular architectures and digital continuity. You will lead configuration and change governance, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and drive reuse and standardization under the Impact 30 program. The position combines strategy, process ownership, and hands‑on tool management to safeguard product integrity from pre‑tender to sustainment. Benefits Define and manage product variants to meet market needs while minimizing complexity Establish and maintain the base Configuration Item List; ensure baseline integrity across lifecycle stages Oversee handover of As‑Built configuration to Service teams and maintain digital continuity Develop and implement strategies for modularization and standardization of components Develop and maintain the Variability Model in digital tools (PLEi ADE, DOORS, PLM4 A) Lead and coordinate Product Change Control Boards (CCBs) and ensure proper documentation and governance Support risk assessment and mitigation for configuration and change management Support pre‑tendering, tender, project, and sustaining phases with deliverables Collaborate with Product Directors, Chief Engineers, Program Managers, and other stakeholders on configuration issues Participate in product maturity evaluations and gap assessments, driving actions to close gaps Deploy and maintain configuration management tools and integrate them across engineering, industrialization, and service Oversee engineering tools (CAD, PLM, ERP, simulation) and provide training on tool usage Ensure compliance with standards, processes, and regulatory requirements Support audits and reviews related to configuration and change management Responsabilità Strong knowledge of configuration management principles Strong knowledge of PLM systems Proficiency with digital tools for configuration management (PLM4 A, DOORS, PLEi ADE) Understanding of PLM, configuration management, and variant modeling Experience with integration of engineering, industrialization, and service Analytical and detail‑oriented Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management Proactive change leadership and continuous improvement mindset Project management experience across lifecycle phases #J-18808-Ljbffr
