A boutique distributor focused on accelerating sales for innovative consumer products, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive its sales in the Italian market with the key customers like Arcaplent, Mediaworld, Unieuro and more.

We partner with the fast growing, innovative and successful consumer based brands to launch, support and scale their European retail business with a team of experts in sales, marketing, operations and finance.

Since beginning in 2008, we have launched successfully nearly 100 brands and supply more than 150 of the retailers in Europe including Selfridges, John Lewis, Argos, Currys, Power, Elkjop, Boulanger, Fnac, Capi, Galaxus, Interdiscount and many more. 


We are looking for someone that has experience working with Mediaworld, Unieuro and other CE retailers and is passionate about retail and disruptive products who enjoys working in a dynamic, autonomous environment, who wants to have a real impact and enjoy working at fast pace, running an independent business unit. What you’ll do

The sales manager will be responsible for building, leading and maximising our business opportunities in Italy. It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to work with innovative start-ups, developing and executing their European retail strategy in the Polish market.



Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that our company provides the best in class account management experience to its multichannel retail partners, managing all aspects of the retail account relationship
  • Develop the retail strategy for each brand, including the creation of effective sales and marketing programs with key retailers
  • Analyse weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue drivers and develop corrective actions as needed and preparing monthly reports to the management
  • Ensure company revenue and profitability targets are met and exceeded.
  • Increase the portfolio of customers within region and increase the number of products and brands each customer has
  • Work with merchandising agency to ensure proper merchandising with key accounts



About You

Your Skills:

· Retail experience with CE channel is a must. Please do not apply without Driven self-starter with strong communication skills

· Service-orientated, to both internal and external clients

· Good planning and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail

· Ability to deliver own work with initiative, and minimal direction

· Continuous learner, embracing learning and innovation



Your Qualifications:

· Educated to degree level, ideally in business related subject or demonstrable experience at a similar level



Your Experience:

· 3-7 years of experience in a similar role in the retail world. Retail experience on the sales side is a must.

· Demonstrable experience of sales and account management in the retail world

· Advanced experience of Excel

· Experience as KAM or sales manager.

· Experience in FMCG or customer support environment

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages



Desirable but not essential:

· Product knowledge

· Knowledge of distribution

· Experience of product marketing

· Open to relocating to London but not a must
