Who we are Evoca Group is a world‑leading producer of professional coffee and vending machines for out‑of‑home consumption, anchored in more than 90 years of coffee and vending heritage. Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Commodity Manager to lead sourcing activities for electronic components and systems and to develop and execute global or regional sourcing strategies for assigned production material commodities. Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Commodity Management: manage and implement purchasing strategies for electronic components and systems; develop and implement long‑term commodity strategies aligned with business, cost, quality, and risk objectives; lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting; drive total cost of ownership (TCO) reductions; monitor market trends, raw material indices, and supply risks. Leadership & People Management: lead, coach, and develop a team of commodity managers and buyers; set objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations; foster a high‑performance and continuous‑improvement‑oriented culture. Supplier & Stakeholder Management: build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers; lead supplier performance management (quality, delivery, cost, innovation, sustainability); collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams. Operational Excellence: ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements; support new product introductions by ensuring sourcing readiness. Financial & Risk Management: manage commodity budgets and contribute to annual cost‑saving targets; identify and mitigate supply chain risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years in purchasing, strategic sourcing, or commodity management in an international environment. Extensive experience in electronic components and systems; experience in manufacturing or industrial contexts. Proven experience in leading and developing teams; strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools. Excellent negotiation capabilities; strong supplier management and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Fluency in Italian and English. Nice to have: experience in value engineering or TCO optimisation initiatives; background in electronic manufacturing or industrial supply chains.
