Experteer Overview
In this role you will deliver technical support to clients across France and Italy, guiding product selection and configuration. You will document projects, verify standard conformity, and handle after-sales and quality support to safeguard critical infrastructure. You will bridge customers with the Geneva head office, translating needs into actionable technical insights. You’ll work within the Electrical Safety Solutions unit to support safety-focused engineering at scale. This is an opportunity to shape customer success in a global, collaborative environment and travel to key sites across Europe and Switzerland.

Responsabilità
- Minimum 3 years in technical customer support in railway or power electrical fields
- RAMS experience considered a plus
- Fluent in English, German and Italian;
other languages are a plus - Ability to build strong client relationships
- Proven capabilities in technical reporting and documentation writing
- Willingness to travel frequently (1x/month France/Italy;
4x/year to Geneva)
