Experteer Overview In this role you will translate Generali's AI and automation strategy into local initiatives, identifying high-impact use cases and ensuring adoption of global AI assets across markets. You will act as a strategic interface between Business Units and the Group AI & Automation Strategy and Business Adoption function, shaping opportunities and tracking progress. You will work with cross-functional teams to build business cases, develop dashboards for senior governance, and support change management and storytelling of successes. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and transformation, offering exposure to flagship programs and Group-wide transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise high-impact AI & Automation use cases with Business Units, develop business cases and KPIs
- Curate and manage the Group pipeline of initiatives for scalable, cross-market opportunities
- Collaborate with local and global teams through workshops to validate opportunities
- Track adoption and performance of flagship programs, report blockers and enablers
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and governance bodies
- Partner with Group functions to integrate AI initiatives into broader transformation programs
- Contribute to change management and share success stories and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field
- 3-5 years' experience in strategy, analytics, or transformation
- Experience in consulting, insurance, or financial services a plus
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Excel; BI tools knowledge a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English
