Position Purpose

Data Governance & Integration Manager provides support to the RRP and Digital teams alongside close collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Finance and other departments. The aim is to proactively provide real consumer, brand and trade data and insights, generate hypotheses and connect and translate these into strategies to help drive the business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive consumer multicategory/omnichannel insights and sharing: cross‑functional collaboration to lead the development and refinement of the market's KPIs, understanding CEM, CX and the journey designed omnichannel and multichannel environment. Leverage best practices and insights from other countries and proactively instigate market best practices.
  • Collaborate across departments: work in close collaboration with respective managers of Digital, Brand Management, Consumer Activation, Trade Marketing and Key Accounts to understand the underlying strategic questions and ensure subsequent focus on answering these via insights and intelligence. Consolidate and analyze online and offline sales data to build robust forecasting models and drive business performance.
  • Monitor and communicate market trends: monitor emerging medium‑to‑long‑term trends among target RRP smokers, selected channels and the omnichannel environment. Generate insights and intelligence for future strategy decisions on existing and potential new brands/products or trade/channel strategies.
  • Connect the dots: manage the large range of RRP data sources within the Marketing function and external sources to ensure SI brings forward the holistic picture.
  • Advise the business: act in the “Trusted Business Advisor” method while continuously learning and leveraging data from digital touchpoints to develop automated workflows for real‑time insights and reporting.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Economics, Business Administration or similar; MBA or equivalent desirable.
  • Solid experience in FMCG within data analytics, marketing or marketing research function. Strong background in qualitative and quantitative marketing research techniques and latest digital measurement tools at consumer & trade level. Strengths in handling data analytics, future trends, digital data, data mining, and honed experience in integrating findings across the organization.
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Power BI, SQL or any database administration.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
