Alpinestars is the leading manufacturer of performance motorsports apparel, protection, footwear and Sportswear. We are seeking a high‑calibre sales professional to join our growing Germany based Motorcycle team and support the continued growth and development of our direct accounts.

Position

We are looking for a Dealer Developer for the Lombardy area , a field sales profile responsible for managing and developing the dealer network in the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate is a pure sales person, motivated by fieldwork, customer relationships and business development.

The role requires strong presence in the territory, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to guide customers toward the right commercial decisions.

Main Responsibilities

  • You will manage and develop the dealer network in Lombardy, Italy.
  • You will visit stores regularly and maintain a strong presence in the territory.
  • You will build solid relationships with customers and key decision makers.
  • You will grow the business in the assigned area through sell-in, reorders and customer development.
  • You will negotiate orders, commercial conditions and business opportunities.
  • You will also support dealers in developing the brand inside their stores.
  • You will monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock, market trends and competitors.
  • You will work closely with internal teams to support customers and solve operational issues.
  • You will represent the company during store visits, meetings, events and trade activities.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong sales attitude and real motivation for field sales.
  • B2B sales experience, preferably in a field-based role.
  • Passion for, or knowledge of, the motorcycle / motorsport / automotive industry is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer management skills.
  • Ability to build solid personal and professional relationships.
  • Proactive, concrete, independent and result-oriented person.
  • Availability to work mainly in the field.
  • Good communication and relationship skills.
  • Availability to travel regularly.
  • Driving license.
  • Good level of English is mandatory.
