Offer Description

The research fellow will conduct research and provide scientific and methodological support to the project, with a profile oriented towards the analysis of innovation and digital transformation processes in organisations. The researcher will analyze the main international reference frameworks for digital transformation and innovation including the MIT CISR Digital Business Model Framework, the OECD Digital Maturity Model and the European Industry 5.0 guidelines, applying them to the D4B Master’s context to assess the extent to which the programme’s curriculum reflects the technological and organisational needs of European enterprises. In parallel, the fellow will contribute to the pedagogical quality monitoring of the programme’s technical modules, assessing the coherence between learning objectives, content and learning outcomes actually achieved by students.
