In this role you will lead NABA's global paid acquisition strategy to attract qualified, high-intent prospective students and optimize the digital funnel. You will manage campaigns across international markets, collaborate with CRM, Admissions and sales teams, and guide the Acquisition team to improve conversion and business impact. You’ll drive experimentation, leverage data, and partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen the digital ecosystem. A strong focus on leadership and measurable outcomes will shape student recruitment efforts at NABA.

- Define and optimize global paid acquisition strategy across Search, Social, Display and emerging platforms
- Develop, execute and optimize multi-market paid media campaigns
- Improve lead generation quality through audience, creative, and landing page optimization
- Collaborate with CRM to enhance lead nurturing and customer journeys
- Partner with international sales to align acquisition and market priorities
- Coordinate with Admissions and Enrollment to streamline transition from digital to recruitment
- Work with Brand, Content, SEO & Tech teams to boost digital ecosystem effectiveness
- Lead landing page optimization with SEO/Tech collaboration
- Design and scale A/B testing and experimentation across campaigns and assets
- Identify growth opportunities via market insights and behavioral analysis
- Manage external media agencies and ensure alignment with objectives
- Define and optimize paid media budgets for ROI
- Monitor, analyze and report performance with actionable insights
- Evaluate AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Lead, coach and develop the Acquisition team, fostering a culture of experimentation
- Plan and coordinate team activities to align with priorities
- Support recruitment, onboarding and performance development within Acquisition
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement across the organization
- Foster high-performing team through leadership, prioritization and feedback
Responsabilità
- Bachelor in Marketing
- 5+ years in Digital/Performance/Growth Marketing with focus on digital acquisition
- Experience planning and optimizing multi-channel paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Ability to develop lead generation strategies that balance quality with volume
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, attribution and CRO
- CRM collaboration for lead nurturing and journeys
- Advanced analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI)
- Budget management and forecasting experience
- Proven experience working with external agencies and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills and leadership experience
- Professional English proficiency (B2+)
