Hiring: Drilling & Completion Material Coordinator | Basilicata, Italy


Profile Middle East LLC is seeking a high-caliber Drilling & Completion Material Coordinator to join our project team in Italy. This is a pivotal role designed for a logistics professional who combines technical precision with a \"safety-first\" mindset to support our upcoming drilling and production campaigns.


🛠 The Mission

As the logistical heartbeat of the operation, you will ensure the seamless flow of equipment and materials. Your responsibilities include:

HSE Advocacy: Championing elite safety standards across all transport and logistical maneuvers.

Inventory Integrity: Taking full ownership of warehouse stocks, coordinating complex inventories, and ensuring 100% documentation accuracy for all rig-site deliveries.

Operational Synergy: Collaborating closely with Senior Drilling Supervisors and warehouse teams to streamline equipment mobilization and optimize project costs.

On-Site Coordination: Serving as the dedicated \"Material Man\" in the field during critical Drilling and Workover phases to prevent operational downtime.


📝 Contractual Details

Start Date: July 2026

Duration: 12-month contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (Standard 8-hour day).

Flexibility: Weekend work or overtime may be required based on project milestones.


✅ Candidate Profile

We are looking for a coordinator who meets the following criteria:

Proven Track Record: At least 5 years of experience in Drilling & Logistics and Material Management.

Software Proficiency: Power-user skills in SAP, UNISOL, or SCOT management systems.

Communication: A solid command of English or French, paired with mandatory functional Italian for seamless interaction with local facilities.

Local Focus: We strongly encourage applications from candidates residing in or having deep expertise in the Basilicata region.
