Experteer Overview As Electrical QC Lead, you ensure quality control across a flagship data centre project in Milan, aligning electrical works with design, standards, and client expectations. You’ll play a hands‑on role within the delivery team, coordinating QA/QC, inspections, and documentation to uphold high quality across LV/MV, UPS, switchgear, and infrastructure. You drive NCR resolution, implement ITPs, and support testing, commissioning, and handover from a quality perspective. This role offers exposure to a large‑scale European data centre with clear impact on project delivery and quality culture. Responsibilities Lead and manage all electrical QA/QC activities on a large‑scale data centre project in Milan Inspect and verify electrical installations including LV/MV distribution, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and associated infrastructure Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and checklists Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project quality requirements Coordinate inspections with client representatives, consultants, and third‑party inspectors Maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection records, test results, and handover documentation Identify, track, and close out NCRs and ensure corrective actions are implemented Support testing, commissioning, and system handover processes from a quality perspective Promote and enforce a strong quality culture across all electrical works on site Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company procedures Assist in audits, quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives Benefits Negotiable basic salary Accommodation and relocation support Flights and travel allowance Attractive bonus structure Healthcare Pension #J-18808-Ljbffr
