A fast-growing Middle Eastern food brand is looking for a senior commercial professional to lead its expansion across Europe.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role with full ownership of regional growth—ideal for someone who can open doors, build partnerships, and deliver results across retail and HORECA channels.
- Build and manage strong distributor partnerships
- Develop business in both retail and foodservice (HORECA)
- Open and grow relationships with key accounts and buyers
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, and market strategy
- 8–12+ years in FMCG food sales within Europe
- Strong existing network of:
- Retail buyers and/or HORECA operators
- Proven ability to enter new markets and generate revenue
- Experience across retail and foodservice channels
- Hands‑on, independent, and results‑driven
- Based in Europe with valid work authorization
