A fast-growing Middle Eastern food brand is looking for a senior commercial professional to lead its expansion across Europe.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role with full ownership of regional growth—ideal for someone who can open doors, build partnerships, and deliver results across retail and HORECA channels.

  • Build and manage strong distributor partnerships
  • Develop business in both retail and foodservice (HORECA)
  • Open and grow relationships with key accounts and buyers
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, and market strategy
  • 8–12+ years in FMCG food sales within Europe
  • Strong existing network of:
    • Retail buyers and/or HORECA operators
    • Proven ability to enter new markets and generate revenue
  • Experience across retail and foodservice channels
  • Hands‑on, independent, and results‑driven
  • Based in Europe with valid work authorization
