About the Role

We are looking for a Producer with strong experience in large-scale live event production to support the delivery of a series of immersive shows across Italy. This role covers both feasibility & planning and onsite execution, with strong operational ownership and coordination across vendors, venues, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess feasibility (permitting, venue, costs) and support budget creation
  • Plan and coordinate pre-production (layouts, vendors, logistics)
  • Manage vendors (technical, infrastructure, F&B, security, etc.)
  • Coordinate with venues, local authorities, and internal teams
  • Oversee load-in, show execution, and load-out onsite
  • Manage timelines, task tracking, and run of show
  • Identify operational risks and troubleshoot in real time
Your Profile
  • 3-5+ years of experience producing live, experiential, or large-scale events
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder productions
  • Strong understanding of event logistics, technical production, and permitting processes
  • Experience managing budgets and vendors end-to-end
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident onsite leadership, able to perform under pressure
  • Working knowledge of safety standards and risk management in live events
  • Experience in pre-production (site visits, permitting, venue setup)
  • Willingness and ability to travel and be onsite for event execution
Required

Availability between May 1st and July 31st 2026, with the possibility of extension until 31st October 2026, and to travel on the weekends.
