Innovation, continuous research, digitalization, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the Airlifters & Special Versions Chief Engineering Area, we are looking for a **Chief Engineer** for our Turin office.**The resource will primarily be responsible for**:* managing project requirements during their definition phases based on the contract and applicable regulations, development, flow-down to systems and subsystems, transfer to suppliers through development specifications, and management of qualification evidence, in cooperation with the responsible engineering and airworthiness entities;
prior experience in using the DOORS application is preferred* coordinating aircraft qualification and certification activities in close contact with airworthiness and the involved engineering entities;
this activity will involve continuous discussion with civil and military authorities;
prior experience in aircraft or system-level qualification/certification activities is preferred* managing the activities of defining/developing aircraft configurations planned for different Customers through the coordination of identifying required RMAs, compiling RMAs by the involved engineering entities, presenting RMAs to program CCBs, monitoring RMA review activities, and their closure at the end of qualification/certification activities* monitoring the progress of development activities for general and avionic systems under the responsibility of the Engineering departments and with the involvement of external suppliers, with the aim of ensuring compliance with technical requirements and the integrated planning of the AVBUP program**Educational Qualification:** Master's degree in STEM disciplines**Seniority:** 1-3 years of experience**Behavioral Skills:*** Ability to work in a team* Ability to interact with different cultures* Communication and customer/supplier relationship skills* Organizational and coordination skills* Planning skills* Problem-solving and results-oriented* Curiosity and a willingness to learn**Language Skills:**Good knowledge of written and spoken English**Computer Skills:*** DOORS (preferable)**Other:**Willingness to travel nationally and internationally._By working with us, you will constantly face the challenges of high technology, enhance your skills, and build a professional career of excellence._**Seniority:**Junior**Primary Location:**IT - Torino - C.So Francia**Contract Type:**Permanent**Hybrid Working:**Hybrid
