Experteer Overview
In this role you lead system-level architecture for complex medical and diagnostic programs from Milan, shaping cross-domain solutions. You’ll run technical workshops with international clients and translate needs into robust system concepts, guiding development across feasibility to deployment. You collaborate across mechanical, electrical, embedded software, and controls teams to build rapid prototypes and validate ideas. You’ll integrate emerging IVD, robotics, mechatronics, and embedded AI/ML into client solutions while aligning with regulatory and business requirements. This is a chance to influence the technology roadmap and work on cutting‑edge medical technologies with global impact.

Lead technical workshops and client discussions translating needs into system concepts
Define and guide system architectures across feasibility, PoC, and development phases
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electronics, controls, embedded software, sensors
Build rapid prototypes and technical demos to support validation and engagement
Integrate emerging technologies such as IVD systems, robotics, mechatronics, and embedded AI/ML
Translate customer, regulatory, and business requirements into subsystem specifications
Support development in motor control, precision motion, thermal management, and sensor integration
Contribute to technology roadmap and innovation direction
Responsabilità
Mid level experience in system engineering or complex product development in regulated industries
Strong background in IVD, surgical systems, or advanced lab equipment
Solid expertise in mechatronics, motor control, and sensor systems
Broad cross-functional technical exposure across at least two domains (mechanical, electrical, embedded, controls, sensor algorithms)
Familiarity with embedded AI / edge technologies is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders (CTO, R&D, VP level)
Hands‑on, self‑driven mindset with ability to independently develop solutions and prototypes
Able to drive progress in situations with incomplete information and undefined system architectures
Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Automation, Physics, or similar
Full professional proficiency in English
