We are an international team working together at a castle in the Tuscan mountains. Every season we welcome staff from all over the world, and we place a lot of value on how we work together, not only on the work itself. We host a 3 day wedding event between March and October. Including pizza night, BBQ, pasta and a 3 course wedding dinner among many other things. Our goal is to create a memorable and meaningful experience for every guests. Alongside hosting weddings and events, we actively practice mindfulness, presence, and clear communication as a team. We run workshops during the season and keep these values alive in everyday work, supporting each other, taking responsibility, and showing up with respect and awareness, even during busy moments. The role

We are looking for a Bar Supervisor who enjoys being hands-on during events and leading by example behind the bar. You will work closely with a small bar team and be responsible for making sure the bar runs smoothly during events, following a pre-planned setup created together with the couple. We have several bars across the property, with different bars active at a time depending on the event flow. What you’ll do

Lead bar service during events Support and guide other bartenders on shift Prepare and run the bar based on pre-defined menus and quantities Handle stock ordering and bar logistics according to provided plans Maintain structure, cleanliness, and a calm working atmosphere Be part of a multicultural team where communication and presence matter What this role is not
