Overview

Our Industry & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry‑leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. The Digital and Technical Program Manager will drive the execution of strategic projects within the Business Energy Equipment unit, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross‑functional project teams through all phases of execution, from planning to closure, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable project plans, with clear milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage scope, schedule, cost and quality across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, finance and quality functions.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, proactively identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned across the project portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, with relevant experience in Digital Technology or equivalent.
  • Proven capability to operate in trans‑disciplinary and cross‑functional teams.
  • Demonstrated competencies in transformational projects having digital products among the key deliverables.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.

Initial pay range: EUR 51,200 – 70,400.

Pay governed by the Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti, Section VI – Titolo IV.
