Responsabilità
- Oversee daily management of websites, email marketing, and key digital platforms
- Keep websites updated, aligned with brand guidelines, and optimized for performance
- Analyze traffic, engagement, and revenue contributions through reporting
- Translate performance insights into clear recommendations
- Collaborate with external agencies on paid social and digital advertising with structured campaigns
- Support CRM systems, email marketing activities, and guest communication platforms
- Partner with hotel leadership on digital strategy, campaign planning, and reporting to ensure brand standards
Requisiti fondamentali
- +2 years experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, social media, websites, CRM, and analytics
- Commercial mindset focusing on performance, revenue, and ROI
- Data-driven, organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
