Job Title ASPIRE Associate – Engineering & Technology Overview ASPIRE is an Emerging Talent development program aimed at accelerating the careers of recent graduates and entry-level professionals over a two-year period. The program begins in August, spans 7 functional tracks, and includes rotational assignments of 6 to 12 months within the Engineering & Technology function. Participants receive intensive technical training and business‑critical assignments, with a focus on technical excellence and leadership development. Responsibilities

Participate in intentional and structured career development activities, receiving active coaching and mentoring. Complete formal engineering and technology training essential to Baker Hughes engineering roles. Network globally and cross‑functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with global business leaders. Solve critical business challenges through cross‑functional, mission‑based teams. Participate in international experiences and assignments.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronics, Control, Chemical, Energy, or related Engineering disciplines; or equivalent knowledge with up to 3 years of work experience. Demonstrated academic excellence. Internship in engineering or related technical area, or equivalent experience. Passion for engineering with a strong technical attitude and analytical problem‑solving skills. Geographically mobile; willing to relocate. Fluent in English (oral and written). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Legal authorization to work in the country of application without company sponsorship.
