Job Description

We are in search of a leader for the role of Talent & Culture Manager who will assist the Regional Director of Talent and Culture in championing culture, playing a pivotal role in assembling best‑in‑class teams and leading talent performance, development and engagement to support our growth.
What will you do?
Act as a collaborative and strategic partner to the Regional Director of Talent & Culture in achieving the hotel's goals, developing and implementing process improvements, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, coaching performance, and delivering heartfelt service
Attract top talent to join our organization by championing our brand's culture and values. Contribute to the creation of effective staffing strategies with department leaders and keep a finger on the pulse of the local talent market
Prioritize Auberge L&D initiatives by championing, organizing, and, in some cases, leading team member training sessions. Work with leaders and team members to develop service skills and elevate product delivery
Support succession planning initiatives aligned with the overall Talent Management strategy
Demonstrate a passion for the team fostering a collaborative approach with peers and managers by exchanging ideas and valuing each team member's individual perspective. Create a feedback loop where team members' concerns are heard and addressed
Contribute with creativity and ingenuity to building an events calendar, recognition programs, and incentive initiatives that keep team members engaged and connected to our brand. Keep communication thriving by ensuring team members stay informed through a variety of communication methods, with all messaging aligned to the brand
Maintain a deep understanding of organizational culture through engagement and retention metrics, and actively support in identifying opportunities for improvement
Oversee HR administrative processes, including maintaining accurate employee records, managing onboarding and offboarding documentation, monitoring attendance and leave administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Manage the daily operations of the Talent & Culture department ensuring strong team performance
Qualifications
A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in Human Resources management roles
Previous experience within Human Resources in the hospitality industry is required, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and team member engagement
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
