Finance Senior Specialist Manufacturing

Be the financial and strategic support to the operational site leader at Talamona site.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing period‑end (month, quarter, year) financial closing, supporting budget and forecasting processes, and reporting for P&E, indirect costing, and inventory.
• Executing site strategy and manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities.
• Partnering with operations to proactively drive strategic and tactical initiatives to reach indirect cost efficiency targets, calculating OCPH/NAO and tracking variances.
• Collaborating with operational and commodities leaders to control costs, understand key drivers, provide clear metrics, and champion cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Working with operational leaders and HR to right‑size headcount cost structure with projected workload.
• Supporting P&E and physical inventory counts in compliance with policies/SOX requirements and providing audit support as needed.
• Communicating the broader financial picture to the team and using influencing skills to deliver on goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of finance experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to create and maintain positive relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Detail oriented, with a clear path to achieve larger objectives.
• Drive continuous process improvement and execution orientation.
• Fluent in English.
