/ul pWe are expanding ourbWorkday Consulting Practice /bto support US-based professional services firms implementing Workday HCM and Workday Financials for mid-market clients (500–3,000 employees). /p h3bAbout the Role /b /h3 pWe are seeking multiplebWorkday Consultant – Associate (HCM) /bprofessionals to join our growing Workday consulting team. /p pThis role is ideal for HR, HR Operations, HRIS, Financial, Data Conversion

Data Integration professionals who want to: /p ul liBuild deep expertise in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Financials (FINS) applications. /li liGrow into a client-facing consultant role. /li

/ul pAs an Associate, you will: /p ul liSupport the implementation of Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials for mid-market clients (typically 500–3,000 employees). /li liAssist with discovery, documentation, configuration support, testing, and end-user enablement. /li liWork closely with experienced Workday consultants and client stakeholders in a structured and supportive environment with a clear path toward Workday certification. /li

/ul h3bFunctional Workday Support /b /h3 pDepending on your background, you may support clients implementing Workday products, including: /p ul libHCM: /bCore HR configuration, worker lifecycle events, security, reporting, and testing. /li libRecruiting: /bRequisition workflows, candidate lifecycle, recruiter enablement, and testing. /li libPayroll: /bPayroll configuration support, testing, reconciliation, and go-live stabilization. /li libFinancials: /bCore Financials configuration, testing, reconciliation, and go-live stabilization. /li

/ul h3bWorkday Data Conversion

Integrations Support /b /h3 pDepending on your background, you may support clients converting from legacy ERP and HCM applications to the Workday solution, including: /p ul libData Conversion: /bSource-to-target mapping, data cleansing, validation, EIB loads, and reconciliation. /li libData Integrations: /bFile-based and API integrations, Core Connectors, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. /li

/ul h3bRequired Qualifications /b /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in HR, Recruiting, Payroll, HRIS, ERP Financials, Data, or Enterprise Systems. /li liStrong understanding of HR/payroll processes or enterprise data and systems.

/liliExperience with HRIS, ATS, payroll, ERP, or enterprise platforms. /li liStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. /li liComfort working with data (Excel, validation, reconciliation). /li liAbility to learn new systems quickly in a client-facing environment. /li liProfessional-level English communication skills. /li

/ul h3bPreferred Qualifications /b /h3 ul liExposure to Workday as a user, analyst, or project team member. /li liExperience with PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, ADP, UKG, Oracle, SAP, or ATS platforms. /li liExperience supporting implementations or system transformations. /li liConsulting or professional services experience. /li liBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field. /li
