Instrument Engineer – Industry & Energy Technology Team

As an Instrument Engineer, you will be involved in Instrument System design for test benches dedicated to prototype tests of Gas Turbine, Compressor and other energy transition products. You will work with a multidisciplinary engineering team to introduce new technology that enhances company profitability and productivity.
Responsibilities
Analyze and define instrumentation requirements based on client specifications and project needs, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
Select, specify, and design field instruments and control valves, ensuring technical compatibility and operational reliability within process systems.
Prepare and develop comprehensive system and instrumentation engineering documentation such as Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), instrument datasheets, wiring schematics, cable routing plans, loop diagrams, and hookup drawings.
Optimize and simplify internal standard solutions and design tools, promoting and developing new ideas.
Support new product and new technology introduction in the market, participating as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews.
Formulate security architecture recommendations and design security services, providing risk assessments and technical information as required.
Qualifications
MSc. of Science in Control, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Management or Computer Science Engineering.
Proficiency in instrument design and related development tools; knowledge of industry codes and standards.
Well‑developed interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and motivate others.
Ability to work in a multi‑cultural team and willingness to travel on site/test bed for commissioning and support.
Fluency in spoken and written English.

Initial pay range: EUR 43,200 to 59,400, with provisions of the Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti.
