Experteer OverviewIn this role, you support customers on their post-Go-Live journey by guiding them through Workday solutions and configurations. You will act as a trusted Workday advisor, delivering targeted micro consulting, demonstrations, and practical guidance to drive adoption and business value. You’ll combine deep product knowledge with clear communication to help customers solve problems and realize outcomes. stay updated on the roadmapContribute to new programs to drive customer feature adoptionDeliver other Customer Enablement services such as Office Hours and configuration reviewsSupport deployments including full deployment of Workday featuresTravel up to 20%Responsabilità3+ years of IT implementation experience3+ years of experience with HR and/or Finance systems (e.G., Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)2+ years of software consulting experienceFluent in French, Spanish, Italian or GermanWorkday Certification or ability to certify in at least one of: Integrations, Studio, Cloud Connect for Benefits, Cloud Connect for Third Party PayrollAbility to understand Workday concepts as new features releaseAbility to distill complex concepts into clear presentationsStrong multitasking across engagementsExcellent verbal and written English communicationBachelor’s degree or relevant work experience;
