Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients by managing inquiries, bookings, and rental processes efficiently Handle vehicle pick-up and return processes, including thorough vehicle inspections and documentation Clearly explain rental agreements, policies, and any promotional offers to customers Collaborate with operations to maintain vehicle availability and standards Stay informed about fleet updates and company procedures to assist clients effectively Qualifications
