Experteer Overview
As a DATA Tech Lead, you will enable cross-domain analytics engineering by aligning squads with the chapter vision. You’ll facilitate communication, harmonize engineering practices, and drive reliable delivery across data domains. You help Tech Leads grow as technical leaders while ensuring governance and platform alignment with group strategy. This role offers influence over data and analytics scale within a luxury tech ecosystem and a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

- Facilitate communication and alignment between Tech Leads across multiple domains
- Act as a central synchronization point for priorities, dependencies, and risks
- Promote and apply chapter standards for code quality, data engineering practices, observability, and documentation
- Support architecture, governance, and platform guidelines across domains
- Follow up transversal initiatives and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Provide cross-domain visibility to chapter leadership and foster collaboration with other chapters
- Coach Tech Leads, nurture analytics engineering community, and drive knowledge sharing
Responsabilità
- Proven experience as Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or Engineering Manager in data or software engineering
- Strong data engineering and analytics knowledge with familiarity of data mesh concepts
- Ability to coordinate across teams without hierarchical authority
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of data concepts and cloud technologies (data lake, data warehouse, distributed platforms)
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT, data modeling, and databases (Oracle, BigQuery)
- Strong GCP experience with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Airflow; DBT expertise
- Experience with Jira/Confluence and agile@scale environments
- Organized, proactive, ownership-driven; empathetic and collaborative
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Cloud architecture certification is a plus
