In this role you will enable and coordinate data engineering and analytics efforts across multiple domains. You will align Tech Leads, architects and product partners with the chapter vision and group strategy. You’ll focus on harmonizing engineering practices, governance and delivery quality while managing transversal initiatives. This is a hands‑on leadership role that shapes how analytics scale across domains, countries and brands, driving technical excellence and delivery impact. Retribuzione / Benefits

Act as a facilitator of communication between Tech Leads across domains Centralize priorities, dependencies, and risks to ensure shared understanding Harmonize engineering and analytics practices across domains Promote standards for code quality, data engineering, observability, documentation, and delivery Support architecture governance and platform guidelines Follow up on transversal initiatives (foundations, tooling, quality improvements) and elevate blockers Provide cross-domain coordination to keep business priorities aligned with engineering work Support Tech Leads to grow as technical leaders and foster knowledge sharing and ownership Responsabilità

Proven experience as Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or Engineering Manager in data or software engineering Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics concepts, platforms, and delivery constraints Ability to coordinate across teams and domains without hierarchical authority Excellent communication and facilitation skills Knowledge of data concepts and cloud technologies (data lake, data warehouse, Data Mesh) Proficient in SQL, ETL/ELT development, data modeling and databases (Oracle, BigQuery) Strong knowledge of GCP data services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Airflow) DBT expertise;

experience; Jira/Confluence familiarity Organized, proactive with ownership; empathetic and collaborative Fluent in English and Italian
