Baker Hughes IET is seeking a Lead Mechanical Field Service Engineer for centrifugal compressors. You will be the on-site first point of contact, guiding activities with a focus on safety and quality, overseeing overhauls, troubleshooting and commissioning at customer sites. You will lead technical discussions with customers and contractors, ensure training and documentation align with standards, and develop product knowledge in a dynamic environment.
