As Lead Mechanical Field Service Engineer - Centrifugal Compressors, you will be the on-site first point of contact for global customers, guiding activities with a focus on safety and quality. You will oversee overhauls, troubleshooting and commissioning of centrifugal compressor products at customer sites, and lead technical discussions with customers and contractors. You will ensure training, compliance and documentation align with company standards, while developing your product knowledge in a dynamic environment. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping field service execution and customer outcomes within Baker Hughes IET.

Responsabilità
Technical Diploma
Working knowledge of installation and maintenance of rotating equipment
Experience in mechanical role in energy or oil & gas environment
Strong customer service orientation and experience leading customers through tough decisions
Ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences
Strong Health, Safety and Environmental compliance awareness
Self-starter with ability to make key decisions and innovate solutions
Proficient in written and spoken English
EU Passport or European Work permit
