Burberry is seeking a Department Manager for Leccio – The Mall Outlet in Firenze to lead a team of around 50 colleagues, driving category performance and delivering Burberry’s signature client experience. You will partner with the Store Manager and mentor staff to embed Burberry Behaviours on the shop floor. The role requires experience in luxury retail leadership, strong communication, and a passion for craftsmanship.
